Luke Davis portrait in a pink tuxedo

Luke Davis

Co-Founder & Creative Director

A former TV Vice President of Development with 25+ years shaping concepts for BAFTA, Emmy and Oscar-winning production companies, bringing TV-calibre creativity to social storytelling.

Over the course of his career, Luke has fallen naked into the middle of a nudist disco and broken his heels. He's been winched off the side of a mountain in a Chinook by the British military. He's been in a small wooden canoe surrounded by alligators, been chased by an amorous elephant seal, and sat on the ice among ten thousand penguins. He's been licked by a lion that was an eccentric millionaire's pet. He was the first man to walk through Henry VIII's sewer in nearly a century: the rats down there were so large and belligerent they still haunt him to this day.

He's spent time with serial killers, gangsters, pornographers under indictment for obscenity, congressmen, senators, lords and MPs. He's wept with survivors of terrorist attacks. He's interviewed everyone from Beyoncé to Stephen Fry, and once watched a live feed of a submarine crashing into the side of the Titanic. He's broken up a knife fight in a New Orleans back alley, filmed Muslim drag queens, and sung in the church of the American Attorney General.

He's ridden out storms in sailboats, crossed deserts by camel, and once took fourteen flights in two weeks. He's ended up in the emergency room more than once. All to keep you entertained.

And these are just the stories he can tell you. The best ones are under NDAs.

Rob Rawlings

Co-Founder, Strategy & Production

As a former TV Showrunner, Rob spent 25 years making premium factual television the hard way.

He's swum with alligators, transported a 747 fuselage across northern Mexico, driven a 4x4 to the top of a volcano and hit a golf ball off it, talked down a drug cartel, had two death threats from two separate mafia organisations, and been lost at sea for five days in the Pacific Ocean, all for the sake of making great stuff to watch.

He's stood up shoots in some of the most remote places on earth, including jungles, deserts, the Arctic and Antarctic Circles. Gained access to the inner sanctum of some of the world's most elite sporting organisations, and worked directly with the planet's most secretive military forces, as well as stars from Jeff Goldblum to Jerry Springer.

As a self-shooting Director, Producer and Showrunner, he's made award-winning unscripted content for the BBC, Channel 4, Netflix, Warner Bros Discovery and Disney+ and picked up a Grierson Award and two Emmy nominations along the way.

A shoot will always go wrong somewhere in the world. He's the one who keeps it on the road. At FSM, he owns strategy and production.
